PRIVACY
STATEMENT
Privacy
Policy
The Owner
of this training site takes your privacy seriously. The following discloses
the privacy practices for the entire web site, our methods of enforcing
strict security measures for your privacy, and our practices regarding
this issue.
Personal
Information
The Owner
asks for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when
you register as a new student. The goal in collecting personal information
is to provide you with the best customer service possible.
The primary
purpose for the information we collect from you is to register you in
our database so you can take courses, but also so we can contact you if
a problem ever arises with the web site. The Owner may disclose aggregated
user statistics (for example, 50% of students in a particular course scored
higher than 80%) in order to describe our services to prospective partners,
investors, and other third parties. We use your contact information to
send you up to date information about new courses, promotions, and new
procedures to follow while on the web site. Other than circumstances,
where in good faith we believe the law requires a disclosure of information;
we do not use your personal information for any other purposes. Further,
we do not provide or sell this information to third parties, other than
our business partners if you have given us permission to do so.
Security
This
web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and
alteration of the information under our control. We use industry-standard
efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable
information.
You play
a significant role in the security of your personal information. A breach
of your privacy can occur if you reveal your username and password to
others. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your
passwords and/or any account information. Please be careful and responsible
whenever you are online.
Please
keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information
online - for example on message boards such as the Forum, through e-mail,
etc. - that information is subject to collection and use by others. In
short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the
public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
Furthermore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we
cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit
to us, and you do so at your own risk. Although unlikely, it is possible
that we may inadvertently disclose your information in ways not contemplated
by this privacy statement or even in direct contravention of it. We will
do our best to remedy such situations once brought to our attention.
