- Above % MSRP discount: With the Business Plan, we supply you with our MSRP and your wholesale price is the MSRP less the percentage listed. You then sell the training to your client at any amount above wholesale you choose. The online training is an annual subscription and you receive the same discount each year your client renews.
- Sales Process: Your Company is responsible to provide demos, quotes, and closing the sale. We provide you with demo training/support, quote templates, and price lists. However, we are still here to support you in the process.
- Onboarding CSD: In all plans, we will handle most of the onboarding and client administrator Learning Management System (LMS) training. The Client Service Document (CSD) is an initial/annual document that needs to be filled out with the client. Your company is responsible for obtaining this document. We provide you training/support on the CSD as well as assist you when needed.
- Safety U Customer Support: All clients, have access to SafetyU.com technical support/help desk ticketing and live operators.
- Training Portal: The students and client administrators will access the training and LMS via my.SafetyU.com.
- Sales/CSD Training: We provide you the training and support that you need to be competent and successful.
We protect your accounts: In the event any of your clients inquire about an additional service, other than online training/LMS, we refer the request back to your company.
