Recognize the significance of having a safety-sensitive role in the workplace, what conduct is prohibited for all safety-sensitive workers, and your responsibility to understand and follow DOT regulations.
Identify what six tests safety-sensitive workers are subject to and when that testing occurs.
Recognize the reasonable suspicion testing process including the observation criteria for making a test determination, how to properly adhere to testing criteria, and the best practices for conducting a reasonable suspicion interview.
Identify general signs or symptoms that may indicate substance abuse.
