In this course, we’ll talk about what it’s really like to live with OCD. We’ll define the disorder and share the differences between perfectionism and true OCD. We’ll also go over ways to support colleagues with OCD. This includes having good communication, expressing care and support, and modifying the work environment, when necessary.
