Course overview
This lesson will familiarize you with the principles of back care and ergonomics in order to help you prevent work-related injuries that are common for health care facility workers. You will learn proactive steps you can take to reduce the types of work-related injuries that may account for pain, discomfort, lost time, and decreased productivity.
