Workplace Compliance - Military Family and Medical Leave Act - Military FMLA for Managers
The Family and Medical Leave Act, or FMLA, provides certain employees up to 12 weeks of annual unpaid and job-protected leave, and is enforced by the Department of Labor. In 2008, the FMLA was amended to include military leave based on the National Defense Authorization Act.
