For a long time, the massive Baby Boomer generation represented the largest part of the U.S. workforce. As they’ve started to retire, this spot has been overtaken by Millennials. However, many Boomers are still in the workplace. If you’re working with some of them, it might be helpful to know some general facts about their generation and their preferences at work. But keep in mind that every person is an individual, so not all of this information will apply to every Baby Boomer.
